The Theater
The Planter's Barn Theater
319 North Main Street
Hannibal, Missouri

Our home theater and base of operations, The
Planters Barn Theater, hosts the summer
production of
'Mark Twain Himself' from May to
September.  It also hosts the Christmas
production of
'A Shepherd's Tale' in December.
We also book Group Shows, School Field Trip
Shows, and Convention/Business Shows in
the theater any time as scheduling permits.

The Planters Barn Theater is located at 319
North Main Street in the historic district of
Hannibal, Missouri.  On Dead Man's Alley just a
stone's throw from the Mark Twain Boyhood
Home, the theater sits just behind the Becky
Thatcher House and the Haunted House on Hill
Street.  Built in 1849 it sits in the heart of old
historic Hannibal.   Both Abraham Lincoln and
young Sam Clemens were in the building.
